Returns Policy

At Work and Wear Direct we make every effort to ensure the product(s) you purchase are delivered to you in perfect condition.

Printed or Embroidered garments are non returnable at any time. If you are not sure of sizes, colours etc please purchase first and then send the item(s) back for printing or embroidery.

If you are unhappy with the delivered product(s), you may return it, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt of the item. You pay the return postage, but this must be sent RECORDED DELIVERY or COURIER SERVICE (this is not refundable). A refund will be given (for the item/s not the postage) provided the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please return the item(s) to Work and Wear Direct, Oak Road South, Hadleigh, Essex SS7-2BB.

If you wish to exchange the item(s) please contact us first to discuss the return of the item(s) before sending it back to Work and Wear Direct, Oak Road South, Hadleigh, Essex SS7-2BB RECORDED DELIVERY or COURIER SERVICE with a note of what you would like in exchange. If the exchanged item(s) is more expensive please send payment.

The item(s) must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Product(s) ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
