There's no minimum order value for trade accounts, though free delivery applies to orders over £99+VAT. We're happy to process any size order, from a single garment to thousands of items.

Standard delivery is next working day for orders placed before 2pm. We also offer same-day collection for some personalised items, and Saturday delivery options. Your account manager can arrange special delivery schedules if needed.

Absolutely. The Trade Portal allows you to set up multiple users with different permission levels. You can control who can place orders, set spending limits, and require approval for certain purchases. Each user can have their own delivery address stored in the system.

Our standard terms are 30 days from invoice date. We can arrange different payment terms based on your requirements, including staged payments for large projects. We accept BACS, credit cards, and can set up direct debits for regular customers.

Yes, we encourage customers to request samples before placing larger orders. Your account manager can arrange samples of any products, including those with your branding applied. There's a small charge for samples which is refunded against your first order.

For customers with regular, predictable requirements, we can arrange to hold buffer stock in our warehouse. This ensures availability and allows for immediate dispatch when you need urgent replacements.

Our purchasing/sourcing team can find almost any workwear or safety product you need. If it exists, we can probably get it for you at a competitive trade price. Just ask your account manager about special requirements.

If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, let us know. We'll review the competitor's price and, where possible, match or beat it. This applies to like-for-like products from authorised UK distributors.

Your Trade Portal selections can be updated at any time. Add new products, remove items you no longer need, or adjust quantities. Your account manager can help reorganise your portal to match changing requirements.

We can arrange delivery throughout the UK and Ireland, with special arrangements for the Channel Islands and other destinations. Your account manager can provide details on international shipping options and any applicable charges.
